Accurate Journey Day 100!: 14 Week + 2 Days Update

Ok I have a good reason for being late this time. I swear. I had to drive 6 hours away to go to Dallas for some doctor stuff that all contribute to my upcoming surgery which I promise will be the subject of my next post. But it's all ok because today conveniently is my 100th day anniversary of Accutane! ( yayyy) And even better, I only have three more weeks of Accutane left! ( YYAAAYYYYY) So this week was great for my left cheek, and as for my right cheek, I had small complications due to my period. However the small breakout was nothing to the, on average, 10 new period zits, usually including a cystic one. Also, prom is this Saturday! I will be doing multiple posts throughout the day as a sort of "get ready with me" thingy. Anyways, here are the pics!

Accutane Journey Day 91: 13 Week Update

Happy Easter/420! Whichever you're celebrating. ;) This week was my so great for my skin! I broke out (really only 1 pimple though) and I think I know why. The Clarisonic. A few days after using it, I got a zit. So I'm going to put that aside for a bit and see if it gets any better. Maybe it jut irritates my skin and makes it all acne prone again. My scars however, are diminishing and my pores are basically gone, so I can't complain.

My little puppy tuned one years old on the 16th this past week.

Accutane Journey Day 89: WTF Rash

Alright so I hopped in the shower just a while ago and while I was showering, I noticed that my arms started burning. I looked down to find what I'm calling the "wtf rash" because I literally spring up out of nowhere. It doesn't itch. It doesn't burn (except in hot water). It just sits there looking awful. 

Like seriously. Ew. 

I'm not sure if this is an Accutane related rash but I'm assuming it is because my skin is not the sensitive/rash prone type. Anyways, I'm gonna put some Cortizone on this wtf rash and hope for the best. 

Accutane Journey Day 84: 12 Week Update

Applaud me guys, I actually posted my update on time. (Yayyyy) anyways this week was a super good week for my skin in more ways than one! I got a new organic hippie cleanser for my face and it works great! It doesn't dry skin out and it leaves it feeling super smooth and soft! I also was able to use my Clarisonic Mia (finally)! After about 2 years of not being able to use it because my acne was too bad, it's finally bust it out again! I love how it makes my skin pretty much poreless and extremely smooth. 

 Alright now for my skin. It looks great! I'm so excited for my last month of Accuatane! WAIT WHAT LAST MONTH? Yes 3 months have already gone by this fast! My last dermatologist appointment is tomorrow morning and I'm so happy that I don't have to take anymore pregnancy tests after tomorrow. Here's what I look like!

Exciting news

Alright guys, I'm going to prom.

I'm so excited! I'm not the get drunk and dance like a cheap stripper type, like most prom goers, but I'm happy that I can get dresses up, go eat at a fancy place, and hang out with my friends. Of course, I will be going with my boyfriend, his name is Brandt btw, and like 11 of my other friends. What I'm really excited about is the fact that I'm gonna have clear skin for prom! I don't even have to worry! I'll be posting throughout the day as a sort of "get ready with me" type of thing. 

Also, I have more good news... 

My new camera should be arriving in the mail tomorrow! I can't wait to finally be able to start taking pictures again! I'm hoping to start a whole photography page on this blog. I hope that doesn't bore you guys. This summer I plan to make a lot of music videos, short films, and things of that sort. It's something that I've wanted to do FOR EVER.

Accutane Journey Day 77: 11 Week + 2 Days Update

Sorry guys I suck. Enough said. Anyways this week has been amazing in terms of skin clearance! I have like 1 scan because I'm horrible and any stop picking at my skin BUT it was incredibly hard to actually find something to pick who his awesome news! The only thing left on my face are some blackheads and a few minor scars but the blackheads are becoming few and the scars are fading fast! I go back for my last dermatologist appointment next Monday and I can't tell you how excited I am to be in my last month of Accutane! I can't believe it's been nearly 3 months already! Anyways, here are some pictures!

Accutane Journey Day 72: 10 Week + 2 Days Update

Late again! Ugh sorry I suck so much! I had a real reason this time besides sprig breaking! I was in Dallas all weekend for medical reasons pertaining to my surgery that I occasionally mention. I'll give bunches of more details in another post. For now though, let's focus on Accutane!  Ok so this week has been super great and I decide to provide you guys pictures of the exact same shot but one with flash and one without. This way, you can see how my skin really looks in natural light. Enjoy!
